Write yourself a hand-written love note!

What makes you amazing? What do you LOVE about yourself? What makes you a good friend? Good company? Why do you love being WITH YOU?

Close your eyes, takes a few deep breaths into your heart and belly, and feel into what you adore and honor about yourself... keep writing for at least 5 minutes and keep going until your entire body is filled!! (If it's challenging, or there is resistance, I encourage it even more to push yourself. Start with the most basic!)

BONUS: Frame this letter and put it somewhere you can always see it to consistently align to the vibration of self-reverence.
